    250.364.6262 Trail Mental Health and Addictions, Adult Addictions Services offers alcohol and drug counselling for adults. They make referrals to detox, withdrawal management, supportive recovery, day treatment or intensive residential services.

  • AA

    A fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they might solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.

  • Freedom Quest Regional Youth Services

    For youth ages 19 and under. This highly-skilled team is dedicated to respecting the uniqueness and individuality of every person they serve. They strive to work cooperatively with every person in their journey to a healthy life.

    Interior Health provides a wide range of services for mental health and substance use issues including assessment, treatment, and individual and group counselling. All services require completing an intake appointment except drop in acupuncture (for addictions) which runs Fridays at 1:30 pm in Nelson.
